The first property happens to be our favorite, 3-bedroom home with handcrafted art pieces that are sure to delight you as you discover them one by one. With its high circular-shaped high-ceilings, in-room shower, terrace accessed through the top-to-bottom windows, majestic King-size bed, topped and beautiful woven rattan details, is the Master Suite of the house. Two Caribbean bedrooms which include queen size beds, small terraces, and daybeds with Bahamian shutters make all the difference when it comes to the lavish bathrooms. One has an indoor shower overlooking the jungle separate from the private bathroom, while the other room has an enclosed bathroom accessed from the large walk-in closet, giving the suite a more private feel. The pyramidal architecture of the house can be found on its beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the sea.

Among white sand paths, endemic plants, and luxurious surroundings, lies our second villa, a regal 2-bedroom villa that promises an intimate stay for a couple or a close group of friends. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, private bathroom with rain shower, and private terrace are ideal for waking up in the morning, while an outdoor and indoor living space with seating spaces, a lush velvet sofa, handmade rug, and smooth parota tables, maintain the stellar line of the home. One of the coolest pools on the property is found at just one step outside your home, maintained this way by its faithful palm tree guardians that offer all the necessary shade. Above this villa you will find a gorgeous loft with its own terrace and pool, overlooking the beach and the jungle, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Tulum!

Last but not least, the biggest house, with an oceanfront living room with floor-to-ceiling folding windows, connects the outside to the inside in order to create a spacious living room that will give you access to the poolside, beach area, and bedrooms. As the staircase path leads us, the first 3 bedrooms appear each with its own bathroom. The first is the Master suite bedroom, a dreamy tropical hideaway, with a king-size bed with ocean view, a comfortable loveseat, and an inspiring desk open to a corner terrace with a U-shaped chukum sofa and breakfast nook, as well as a luxurious bathtub overlooking the Caribbean sea. Connected through a secret door passage from the Master Suite we find the elegant guest room with queen size bed and private bathroom with rain shower that is ideal for children or a young couple. The 3rd bedroom, has a unique Mayan style layout that features a tapanco, a sort of open attic with a single bed and circular window, just overlooking the lower loft where we find a queen-size bed, a chukum sofa and a full private bathroom with tropical louvered style sliding doors. A poolside house acts as a 4th bedroom offering a complete accommodation with 2 double beds, private bathroom with separate restroom and shower and small living space. The beautiful seafront rooftop features a wide outdoor daybed.

*we only recommend cycling during the day, as the road is narrow and poorly lit at night.

Also walking along the beachside or the Jungle Road can be a good idea, you will surely be entertained. Getting around by cab is also an option, you will have no problem finding one, they are everywhere.
